Sustainability

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days during your stay. Towels left on the floor will be replaced, while towels hanging on the rack will remain for reuse.

§ 13
(1) All visitors aged 16 and above who arrive in the Faroe Islands and pay for accommodation shall pay a sustainability fee of DKK 20 per night.
(2) Accommodation providers, including hotels, campsites, camping grounds, and private individuals offering accommodation for payment, for example bed and breakfast, shall add the sustainability fee to the accommodation price.
Anyone renting out accommodation via online marketplaces shall likewise add the sustainability fee to the rental price.
