Saksun

Saksun is a small village on Streymoy. Its charming houses with grass roofs and stunning surrounding mountains are a breathtaking view. You can walk by the shore out the lagoon for a healthy walk and beautiful views. 

Koltur

Koltur, the second smallest island of the 18 Faroese islands, has a beautiful and unique shape. The island has only one inhabitant. You can get a great view of Koltur from Norðradalsskarð on Streymoy, as well as from the villages Velbastaður and Kirkjubøur.

Tórshavn

Tórshavn is the capital of the Faroe Islands. Sometimes referred to as the worlds smallest capital, with a population of less than 20,000, you’d be forgiven if you think that there’s nothing to see. Tórshavn offers everything a city needs to make your stay both exciting and pleasant. From great sushi to a rich nightlife, there’s no shortage of things to do, or eat.

Gásadalur

Gásadalur is a small village in Vágar - an island in the west. The village is well-known for its waterfall emerging from the cliff. If you decide to get a car during your stay, you can drive through the sub-sea tunnel to get to Vágar.
